Teodasia’s early days date back to 2006, with the first musical ideas crafted by the band’s composer and drummer Francesco Gozzo.

His musical ideas resulted into the band’s first demo, ‘Crossing the Light’ recorded in 2009. At this stage, the band members were Francesco on drums, Fabio Compagno on guitars, and Michele Munari on keyboards.

Along with the manager and composer Andrea Bezzon’s guidance and production the band began the pre-production of their first full-length. It is during this period of creativity that the band began to find its identity as a whole. At this stage, Nicola Falsone on bass guitar joined the formation.

In March 2010 the band began to audition for female singers. That’s when Priscilla Fiazza came in.

The full-length “Upwards” was released in 2012 and since then the live activity of the band started, being also the opening act for many leading Artist of the Italian and International musical scene such as Pino Scotto, Alteria, Elvenking, I Ministri . Moreover, the band hit some of the major Italian stages as “ALCATRAZ”, “ THE THEATRE CLUB” and “NEW AGE CLUB”

After Fiazza’s departure from the band in Summer 2013, Giulia Rubino (lead singer of Eliseum, Made of Sun and Kayrèsis) joined the formation on vocals.

In Autumn 2013 Teodasia will launch the release of a new EP whose title will be “Reflections”: it will consist of 8 tracks which includes a reworked version of the first Demo of the band, some passages belonging to the “Upwards” session and finally a rearranged cover of a famous 90s dance hit, “Stay” of which Teodasia also shot a video.

At the moment, the band is working on the next full-length.
